Coach Haley was originally born in California. She is the mother of two children son, Apollo Hubbard and daughter Cali Hubbard. She is the daughter of Carissa Tarver (GHS Class of 88' Alum) and Marvis and Stephanie Haley. She has one brother, Joseph, and two sisters, Breana, and Jada. Graduate of Dougherty Valley High School where she was a 4 year letterman, starter, and captain of the DVHS Varsity Soccer Team. She went on to graduate from Northwestern State University where she met her fiancé Jonathan Hubbard, who also was a athlete . While attending NSU Coach Haley played soccer all 4 years, helping her team make two of the first southland conference tournament appearances their program had seen in years. Her biggest memory was starting as a freshman in a huge game against LSU, which her team went on and tied the game. After college Coach Haley was a Student Advisor at Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts. Here she also was the co-ed high school soccer coach.

For GISD in 22-23 she was the GMS Girls Soccer Head Coach she also assisted GHS HS Girls Soccer until 2024, then she became the GHS Girls Soccer Head Coach for the 24-25 School year. Coach Haley is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and loves giving back to her community. She plans to take her coaching and teaching experience eventually to the collegiate level and work with student athletes as an academic director/advisor and coach.
