Coach Bowers is entering her 6th year in education and coaching. She is excited to be a 1st year Greenville Lion. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in 2020 from University of Texas at Tyler. She is married and has 3 beautiful children, Gracelynn (8years) Gunner (6 years) and Genna (would be 3 but too beautiful for earth.) Her children Gracelynn and Gunner will be attending Lamar elementary. Bowers will be the JV Volleyball coach and Girls powerlifting coach. She enjoys coaching young athletes and transforming them into successfull adults. During high school Bowers participated in several sports including Cross Country, track, basketball, Volleyball and her favorite Powerlifting. She went to state 3 times in high school for powerlifting earning 3rd place one year and 2nd another. During her coaching career Bowers has taken 4 Girls to state and is looking forward to taking many more! Outside of work Bowers enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and riding fourwheelers.
