This is my 4th year in education and my 4th year coaching at the middle school level. Football is definitely my specialty, although I’ve also spent time coaching track. During my time in Plano ISD and Garland ISD, I’ve coached both the offensive and defensive lines and served as a Defensive Coordinator in Garland. I believe coaching is about much more than wins, losses, and sports. Building genuine relationships with our kids is important to me, and I believe athletics can help develop the discipline, character, confidence, and leadership they’ll need to become great young men and, eventually, great fathers. Outside of school and coaching, I’m a proud dad to a 5-year-old daughter, who keeps me plenty busy. When I’m not spending time with her, you can usually find me working out or watching football.
